Gymnastics helps to develop: gross and fine motor coordination, body awareness, strength, balance, visual tracking, discipline, and concentration.

 

Our Philosophy:

Our instructors are enthusiastic and really love what they teach. Our positive teaching style helps build confidence in the children and encourages each child to try new skills. One of our favorite things to hear is, “Teacher, I did it!”

Safety: 

Our first priority is safety. In our program we make sure to spot each child on all events. We want to make sure that each child has good technique and understanding of the skills as they progress through our program.

Ratios: 

We keep our teacher/student ratios low and we always have two instructors.  This enables us to ensure that each child receives the proper attention, supervision, and direction from the instructor.

Progressions: 

We take each skill that is being taught and break it into separate movements.  Then we combine the movements all together to complete the skill. We begin at the basic level and progress to more difficult skills as the children demonstrate proficiency.

Benefits: 

The children build self-esteem, have fun with friends, develop strong muscles, and build better academic skills (from fundamental movement patterns, repetition, and improved vocabulary). The parents no longer have to take another evening after a long day of work to provide an educational fitness program for their children.
